Commercial Window Cleaning in Toledo, OH
Glass is the first thing customers notice and the first thing that shows dirt. Fingerprints on entry doors, road film on storefront windows and dusty interior partitions make an otherwise clean building look neglected. SimplyCleanToledo cleans storefront, entry and interior glass for Toledo-area offices, retail stores, restaurants and medical buildings, either as part of a recurring cleaning plan or on its own schedule.

What we do and don't do
We clean glass that can be reached safely from the ground or from interior floors: storefronts, entries, interior partitions and low-rise exterior windows. We don't do rope-access or lift work on high-rise exteriors. If your building needs that, we'll tell you upfront so you can plan it separately, and we can still handle all interior glass and entry doors on your regular schedule.

Recommended Cleaning Frequency by Building Type
Typical starting points. Actual frequency depends on traffic, headcount and your standards.
| Building type | Typical routine cleaning | Periodic work |
|---|---|---|
| Retail store or showroom | 3–7x/week, before opening or after close | Burnishing weekly to monthly; strip and wax 1–2x/year |
| Restaurant (front of house) | Nightly | Deep floor and grout cleaning monthly to quarterly |
| Professional office (small) | 1–3 visits per week | Carpet extraction 1–2x/year; hard-floor scrub and recoat as needed |
| Medical or dental office | Nightly or 3–5x/week | Monthly detail of exam rooms and vents; floor recoat 2–4x/year |
What affects the price
We don't publish one-size prices because two buildings of the same size can need very different work. These are the factors that shape every quote:
- Number and size of panes: Large storefront lines and many small divided panes take different time.
- Inside, outside or both: Exterior cleaning adds setup and weather planning.
- Access: Ground level vs. ladder or pole work, and furniture or displays in the way.
- Frequency: Recurring glass inside a janitorial plan costs less per visit than one-time trips.
- Cleanable square footage: More space means more labor, but layout matters too: open floor plans clean faster than many small private offices.
- Restroom and break-room count: Restrooms and kitchens take more time than open office space, so they affect labor more than square footage does.
- Frequency: More visits per week means less buildup each visit, but more total visits. Weekly and nightly plans are priced very differently.

Commercial Window Cleaning FAQ
Common questions about commercial window cleaning in the Toledo area.
How often should storefront windows be cleaned?
Busy retail and restaurant storefronts usually need weekly or every-visit entry glass cleaning, with full storefront cleaning every 2–4 weeks. Offices often do full windows monthly or quarterly.
Can window cleaning be added to our regular janitorial plan?
Yes. Entry glass is usually in every visit, and full window cleaning is scheduled as a periodic task in the same plan.
Do you clean high-rise exterior windows?
No. We handle ground-level and low-rise exterior glass and all interior glass. We'll tell you if a building needs specialized high-rise access.
Do you clean windows in winter?
Interior glass yes, year-round. Exterior cleaning depends on temperature and conditions, so we schedule it around freezing weather.
Do you remove construction stickers and residue?
Yes, as part of post-construction final cleans, using safe methods for the glass and frames.
