Manufacturing & Industrial Facility Cleaning in Toledo, OH

Toledo is still a manufacturing town, and plant cleanliness matters for safety, morale and audits. Break rooms and locker rooms used by every shift, restrooms that see constant traffic, and offices tracked full of shop dust all need a crew that understands plant rules. SimplyCleanToledo cleans the support areas of manufacturing and industrial facilities across the Toledo area, and production floors where the scope fits our equipment.

What's Included in Our Manufacturing Cleaning

A typical scope. Every plan is customized to your building and written down before we start.

  • Break rooms, cafeterias and vending areas
  • Locker rooms and showers
  • Restrooms cleaned and restocked on shift-based schedules
  • Entries, mats and salt removal in winter
  • Production-area floor sweeping and auto-scrubbing (as agreed)
  • Training rooms and conference rooms
  • Trash and recycling to designated areas

Safety and plant rules

Every plant has its own safety requirements, such as PPE, marked walkways, lockout areas and visitor sign-in. We follow your rules, keep crews out of restricted zones, and agree in writing on what's in scope. Specialized industrial work such as machine degreasing, tank cleaning or hazardous-material cleanup is outside our scope, and we'll say so during the walkthrough.

Sample Cleaning Checklist

A starting point. Your final checklist is written around your building.

Every visit or shift

  • Break rooms: tables, counters, sinks, microwaves
  • Locker rooms and showers
  • Restrooms cleaned and restocked
  • Time clocks, handles and rails disinfected
  • Trash and recycling

Weekly

  • Plant offices dusted and vacuumed
  • Entry mats and floor scrubbing at entrances
  • Training and conference rooms in detail

Monthly or periodic

  • Auto-scrub production or warehouse aisles where in scope
  • High dusting in offices and break areas
  • Locker-room deep clean and grout scrubbing

Recommended Cleaning Frequency by Building Type

Typical starting points. Actual frequency depends on traffic, headcount and your standards.

Building typeTypical routine cleaningPeriodic work
Plant office, break and locker roomsDaily per shift or 5x/weekHeavy floor scrubbing monthly; entry mats and salt removal weekly in winter
Warehouse or distribution office3–5x/weekBreak-room deep clean monthly; floor scrub as traffic requires
Multi-tenant or corporate officeNightly (5x/week)Common-area floor care quarterly; carpet extraction 1–2x/year; high dusting monthly

What affects the price

We don't publish one-size prices because two buildings of the same size can need very different work. These are the factors that shape every quote:

  • Shifts and headcount: More shifts means more restroom and break-room resets.
  • Locker rooms and showers: These take the most time per square foot.
  • Production-floor scope: Whether floor scrubbing is included and how much area.
  • Safety requirements: PPE, training and escort rules affect staffing.
  • Cleanable square footage: More space means more labor, but layout matters too: open floor plans clean faster than many small private offices.
  • Restroom and break-room count: Restrooms and kitchens take more time than open office space, so they affect labor more than square footage does.
  • Frequency: More visits per week means less buildup each visit, but more total visits. Weekly and nightly plans are priced very differently.

Send these details through the quote form and we'll reply with a written plan and price.

Manufacturing Cleaning FAQ

Common questions about manufacturing cleaning in the Toledo area.

Can you clean between shifts or during production?

Yes. Break rooms, locker rooms and restrooms are often cleaned between shifts. Offices are cleaned after hours.

Do you clean production floors?

Sweeping and auto-scrubbing of production floors can be included where the floor and equipment fit. Specialized machine or hazardous cleaning isn't something we do.

Will your crews follow our PPE and safety rules?

Yes. Share your site rules during onboarding and we'll train the assigned crew on them.

Do you serve plants outside Toledo?

Yes, including Northwood, Oregon, Rossford, Swanton, Monroe and the rest of our service area.

Can you help get ready for audits or customer visits?

Yes. One-time deep cleans before audits or tours can be scheduled on top of a regular plan.
