Restaurant Cleaning Services in Toledo, OH

Restaurant staff close out the kitchen and line every night, but the dining room, restrooms, entries and floors often get whatever energy is left at the end of a long shift. SimplyCleanToledo cleans restaurants, cafés, bars and quick-service locations across the Toledo area after close or before opening, so your team can focus on food and guests.

  • Back-of-house floors and drains (as agreed)
  • Walls, baseboards and splash zones
  • Bar fronts, rails and stools
  • Trash and recycling to outside containers
  • Periodic floor scrubbing and grout cleaning

Facilities we serve

  • Quick-service and fast-casual
  • Bars and taprooms
  • Cafés and bakeries

Front of house vs. back of house

Most restaurants keep cooking-line and food-contact cleaning in-house, because staff know the equipment and the health-code requirements. We focus on the areas guests see and the floors and restrooms that take the most labor. We agree in writing on exactly which kitchen tasks, if any, are in our scope. Kitchen exhaust hood cleaning is a specialized service we don't provide.

Recommended Cleaning Frequency by Building Type

Typical starting points. Actual frequency depends on traffic, headcount and your standards.

Building typeTypical routine cleaningPeriodic work
Restaurant (front of house)NightlyDeep floor and grout cleaning monthly to quarterly
Retail store or showroom3–7x/week, before opening or after closeBurnishing weekly to monthly; strip and wax 1–2x/year

What affects the price

We don't publish one-size prices because two buildings of the same size can need very different work. These are the factors that shape every quote:

  • Seating capacity and dining area size: More tables and booths add detail time.
  • Restroom count and traffic: Busy restrooms take more time every visit.
  • Floor type and grease level: Quarry tile and greasy service areas need scrubbing.
  • Back-of-house scope: Whether non-food-contact kitchen areas are included.
  • Cleanable square footage: More space means more labor, but layout matters too: open floor plans clean faster than many small private offices.
  • Restroom and break-room count: Restrooms and kitchens take more time than open office space, so they affect labor more than square footage does.
  • Frequency: More visits per week means less buildup each visit, but more total visits. Weekly and nightly plans are priced very differently.

Send these details through the quote form and we'll reply with a written plan and price.

Restaurant Cleaning FAQ

Common questions about restaurant cleaning in the Toledo area.

When do you clean restaurants?

After close or before opening, depending on your hours and your staff's closing routine.

Do you clean the kitchen?

We can clean back-of-house floors, walls and non-food-contact areas as agreed. Food-contact surfaces and equipment usually stay with your staff, and we don't do exhaust hood cleaning.

Can you degrease floors?

Yes. Greasy floors get degreasing products and scrubbing suited to quarry tile, sealed concrete or vinyl.

Do restaurants need nightly cleaning?

Most dining rooms and restrooms need nightly service. Periodic floor scrubbing is often monthly to quarterly.

Do you clean bars and taprooms?

Yes, including bar fronts, rails, stools, restrooms and floors.
