We schedule around your trades and your punch list. Most commercial projects get a rough clean after major dust-producing work, a final clean once finishes are in, and a touch-up right before the owner walk or tenant move-in. Tell us your handover date and we'll plan the phases backward from it. Once the space is occupied, we can switch straight to recurring office or janitorial cleaning with the same crew.
